Yes, to receive free delivery a minimum order value of $100 must be achieved. This excludes delivery costs.

Up to 30km by road from selected Designer Appliance galleries.

When we are currently running a free delivery promotion, customers that are located within 30km's from selected Designer Appliance galleries, and whose order meets a minimum of $100 are eligible for free delivery.

During this promotional period, all online orders placed that are within the free delivery radius for a selected store and meet the minimum $100 order value, will automatically have their delivery fees updated to $0 via the product cart or at checkout. Designer Appliances reserves the right to adjust the free delivery radius, minimum order value or end a Free Delivery promotion at any time.

Should a delivery fall outside of the free delivery radius or an order does not meet the $100 minimum order value the regular delivery fee will apply for each product. These fees are based on the size and weight of the product and how far the delivery will be from your chosen Designer Appliance gallery. Please refer to our Shipping Table for full details.

In addition to the price for the Goods and the Delivery Charge (if any) you may also need to pay any additional delivery charges which are not shown in your shopping cart but which we incur because you live in an area where light aircraft or barge transport is required, or to which our national courier company does not provide a door-to-door service (“Additional Delivery Charge”). These include, without limitation, Christmas Island, Cocos Islands, Norfolk Island, Elcho Island, Tiwi Islands, and Nhulunbuy. Such charges may apply even where the item is shown on the Website as having “free delivery” or something similar. Simply enter your postcode in the delivery estimator on a product page or the delivery address within the shopping cart or at checkout to determine whether you will be eligible for free delivery. All of our free delivery promotions adopt the same delivery terms and conditions as our regular delivery guidelines outlined on the Delivery Information page.
