Designer Appliances Insiders Club 7 Day Purchase Price Guarantee:

As an Insiders Club member, you receive a 7 day price promise on all purchases. This is in addition to Designer Appliances' everyday Price Match Policy.

Should you find a lower advertised price for the same product by any local Competitor*, simply bring in the advertisement to the store in which you made the original purchase (including any online purchase), plus your purchase receipt within 7 days of the transaction and we will happily refund the difference as a Designer Appliances Store Credit.

Our Insiders Club 7 day price guarantee applies to newly boxed, currently available stock of the identical model, advertised by a local Competitor. This excludes Grey Imports, auctions, 24 hour sales, ‘Buy Now’ sales, clearance or liquidation sales, bulk purchases, commercial purchases or commercial quantities.

*All terms and conditions of our Price Match Policy including its definitions will also apply to the ‘Insiders Club' 7 Day Purchase Price Guarantee Promise.

Designer Appliances Store Credits can be honoured with the exact value applicable to your Price Match Guarantee. Store credits are not redeemable for cash. Store Credits can only be used at the store of issue.

Price Match Policy

Designer Appliances will match a Competitor's advertised price for a product subject to the following conditions:

1. 'Competitor’ as defined in this Policy must:

(a) be a registered Australian business, have an Australian Business Number and be registered for Goods and Services Tax ("GST"); and

(b) be ‘local’, having a physical ‘bricks and mortar’ retail shop within 100 kilometres from the Designer Appliances store from which you wish to make the purchase (or which fulfilled your online order).  

2. The product offered by the Competitor must be:

(a) a product sold by Designer Appliances;

(b) identical (i.e. same brand/model/colour/year of production);

(c) in stock (not available for back orders); and

(d) available for immediate purchase.

3. The Competitor's price must:

(a) include all delivery charges, GST and bonus offers; and

(b) be verifiable by Designer Appliances via confirmation of the competitors advertised price, i.e catalogue, newspaper, radio, TV, website

(c) apply to retail quantities only and must not be bulk/commercial purchases or commercial pricing.

(d) have equivalent and verifiable forms of payment available, for example:

- if being purchased on finance, the competitor’s finance offer must be on comparable terms to ours (i.e. 12 months vs 24 months); and

- if the price is a “cash price”, we reserve the right not to offer finance terms.

4. Designer Appliances does not price match on:

(a) Prices offered by online marketplaces.

(b) Competitor's clearance lines, agency branded items, display stock items, liquidation sales or limited stock offers, factory seconds; or

(c) Grey imports. "Grey imports" are products acquired from internationally based distributors other than the manufacturer's locally licensed importer. They are sometimes referred to as "direct import" or "grey market" products and are usually supplied directly to the customer from overseas.

(d) Designer Appliances reserves the right not to match a Competitor price set significantly below the RRP or Market Price of the product.

(e) Where the lower price is as a result of a mistake/misprint by the competitor 

5. Making the Purchase:

(a) Customers who qualify for a price match can purchase both in store and online.

(b) No further discount codes or promotions can be used in conjunction with a competitor price match.

(c) Customers who wish to make the purchases on www.designerappliances.com.au will be provided with a unique, one time use PROMO CODE that must be entered at checkout to apply the price match discount. This PROMO CODE can only be obtained by submitting the above price match form
