Smeg 90cm Portofino Induction Pyrolytic Freestanding Oven - Stainless Steel

Offering a 90cm cooking width, the Smeg Portofino Induction Pyrolytic Freestanding Oven in Stainless Steel integrates an induction cooktop and a versatile oven into one unit. Triple Fan technology circulates heat evenly around the food, and Multizone cooking makes it possible to cook different dishes in separate zones of the oven simultaneously. Steam assisted cooking contributes moisture during the cooking cycle, supporting soft interiors and well-developed crusts on breads and roasts. Air Fry, BBQ and Stone cooking expand the range of techniques available, from crisping and grilling to baking on a preheated stone. The integrated food probe senses the core temperature of the food and helps the cook reach a precise level of doneness. A pyrolytic self-cleaning cycle uses intense heat to reduce spills and grease to ash, which minimises the effort required to keep the oven clean.
