Fisher & Paykel 60cm 4 Zone Induction Cooktop: Smart Zone - Black (Series 7)

The Fisher & Paykel 60cm 4 Zone Induction Cooktop in Black, part of the Series 7 range, is a full-width induction cooktop that provides four independent cooking zones suitable for managing multiple dishes simultaneously during everyday meal preparation. Finished in sleek black glass with durable detailing, the cooktop presents a refined, low-profile surface that integrates cleanly into a range of kitchen benchtop designs. Induction technology delivers an immediate heat response, transferring energy directly to compatible cookware for faster heat-up times and greater energy efficiency compared to conventional cooking methods. Precise temperature control allows each zone to be set and held at an exact heat level, supporting consistent results across a full range of cooking techniques from delicate simmering to high-heat searing. Touch and Slide controls provide an intuitive interface for navigating and adjusting settings across all four zones with a single gesture. The Pause and Recall function suspends all active zones simultaneously and restores them to their previous settings, allowing cooking to be interrupted and seamlessly resumed.
