Fisher & Paykel 60cm 4 Zone Induction Cooktop: 2 Smart Zones - Black (Series 7)

The Fisher & Paykel 60cm 4 Zone Induction Cooktop in Black, part of the Series 7 range, is a standard-width induction cooktop that incorporates two Smart Zones, each capable of bridging a pair of adjacent cooking zones into a single extended surface to accommodate longer or wider cookware that would otherwise exceed the boundaries of a single zone. This makes it practical for items such as griddle pans, elongated roasting dishes, and oblong baking trays that benefit from even heat distribution across a larger contact area. Induction technology delivers an immediate heat response, transferring energy directly and efficiently to compatible cookware for faster heat-up times and more precise cooking control than conventional methods. Precise temperature control allows each of the four zones to be independently set and held at an exact level, supporting consistent results across the full range of cooking techniques. Touch and Slide controls offer a fluid and responsive interface for managing all zones simultaneously, and the Pause and Recall function allows every active zone to be suspended and restored at its previous setting to handle interruptions during cooking.
