The Artusi 240v Electric 2 Burner BBQ with Folding Shelves and Cabinet is a freestanding outdoor cooking appliance powered by mains electricity rather than gas. It is fitted with 2 x heating elements that provide two separate cooking areas, along with 2 x cast iron open grills for searing and grilling. An insulated roasting hood retains heat when closed, allowing the unit to be used for roasting and baking. Folding side shelves give extra bench space during preparation and fold down when not required. An LCD temperature display shows the cooking temperature, while 2 x meat probes allow the internal temperature of food to be checked without opening the hood. The BBQ also includes a bonus cover for protection when idle and a solid plate for griddle-style cooking, with the cabinet providing storage beneath.
