Zero Contact Delivery + Pick Up
We are pleased to offer zero contact delivery where products can and will be delivered to your front door/garage. Any old products to be removed need to be ready for collection out the front of the property at the time of delivery. In the interests of protecting the health and safety of our customers and drivers, during the current COVID-19 climate, we may be unable to offer installation of products. If in doubt, please check with your local store for specific details.
In addition to our zero contact delivery service, we are now providing a Zero Contact Store Pick up service. This is for when you'd prefer not to enter the store and we can facilitate and order over the phone. After placing your order with us over the phone and we arrange a suitable time for pick up, simply call us on arrival and we’ll bring your order to your car.
Pricing is calculated by zone and the category of product you are purchasing. For orders containing more than one product, you will be charged for the largest category item, plus 10% of the charge for each additional product

Installation, Removal, and Special Delivery
We understand that everyone’s needs are different. Should you require additional services such as installation, removal of your existing product or in selected locations a Saturday delivery, we will be happy to discuss these options and costs with you.
In addition to the price for the Goods and the Delivery Charge (if any) you may also need to pay any additional delivery charges which are not shown in your shopping cart but which we incur because you live in an area where light aircraft or barge transport is required, or to which our national courier company does not provide a door-to-door service (“Additional Delivery Charge”). These include, without limitation, Christmas Island, Russell Island, Norfolk Island, Elcho Island, Tiwi Islands and Nhulunbuy. Such charges may apply even where the item is shown on the Website as having “free delivery” or something similar. If you believe that you might live in such an area, you should contact Customer Service here.
A team member from your local Designer Appliances gallery will qualify any specific requirements you may have prior to arranging the delivery of your goods. All associated costs with these additional services are to be paid direct to the Designer Appliances gallery that is facilitating the delivery.
