Do You Deliver?
Yes, each of our stores offer a delivery service. We understand that everyone’s needs are different, please contact your local store to discuss your delivery requirements.
Do You Have Extra Delivery Services?
A team member from your Designer Appliance gallery will qualify any specific requirements you may have prior to arranging the delivery of your goods. All associated costs with these additional services are to be paid direct to the Designer Appliance gallery that is facilitating the delivery.
If requested at time of purchase we can perform standard connection for washing machines, dryers and fridges. Please note “connection” is defined as plugging an appliance to an available power supply, or attaching a laundry appliance up to existing available plumbing.
For the installation of appliances such as cooktops, ovens and any applications requiring modifications to existing cabinetry or joinery, you will need to request an installation.
After Sales Service
Here at Designer Appliances we want you to be delighted with your purchase. If there is a problem with your purchase, we want to help you as quickly as possible.
Please return to the store you purchased the item from, with the product you purchased, your invoice and some photo identification, so that we can sort out the problem as quickly as possible for you. If the product is too big to easily bring back into the store, please call the store you purchased the product from to discuss the issue.

Many products come with a manufacturer’s warranty. Products also generally come with certain guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product or service you buy fails to meet a consumer guarantee under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a remedy. If the problem is minor, you may be offered a free repair of the product. If the problem is major, you may choose between a replacement and a refund.
