Terms & Conditions

1. Information on how to claim the 5% Cashback in Designer Appliances Gift Cards form part of these conditions.

2. The promotion runs from the 1st May 2023 – 31st May 2024.

3. Offer is open to individuals who purchase $5000 or more worth of products in-store or online at Designer Appliances.

4. Individuals who meet these criteria are eligible to receive a Bonus Designer Appliances Gift Card worth 5% of their spend amount over $5000 through application and proof of purchase:

a. Deposit paid purchases - A 30% deposit must be paid at or before the time of redemption to be eligible for gift card.

b. Invoiced and fully paid purchases - A fully paid invoice must be supplied at point of redemption.

5. Bonus Designer Appliances Gift Cards will only be released once the full amount has been paid and invoiced.

6. For invoiced and fully paid purchases, Bonus gift cards will be processed for approved redemptions with 4 weeks of the promotion ending.

7. For deposit paid purchases, Bonus gift cards will be processed within 4 weeks of the full payment being completed.

8. Regardless of payment method, all redemption forms MUST be received by BSR Group Office by COB 10th June 2024.

9. Submissions received after close of business on the 10th June 2024 will not be processed.

10. To qualify for the Bonus Designer Appliances Gift Card, only the dollars spent on the eligible brands (Smeg, Fisher & Paykel, Electrolux, Vintec, Schweigen, Ilve, BeefEater, Westinghouse and Beko) and categories (Built-in Cooking, Freestanding Cookers, Cooktops, Rangehoods, Dishwashers, BBQs, Wine Cabinets, Fridges/Freezers) will count toward the 'spend' amount.

11. Gift card cannot be used to purchase Apple and agency products including: Smeg Linea, Portofino, Dolce Stil Novo, and FAB ranges; ILVE Majestic, Nostalgie and Professional Plus; and Sirius Valentina.

12. The bonus with purchase offer cannot be taken in conjunction with any other offers including Rental Purchases and Commercial Sales. Promoter’s decision is final on all matters pertaining to this offer and no correspondence will be entered into.

13. To claim their Bonus Designer Appliances Gift Card, the consumer must submit a completed online redemption form (with their name and address inserted) plus proof of purchase (i.e. a scanned copy or photo of the original or copy of sales receipt or customer order).

14. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of claims. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any claimant for tampering with the claim process or for submitting a claim which is not in accordance with these conditions.

15. Bonus Offer is not applicable to Staff and their immediate family.

16. No responsibility accepted for late, lost or misdirected mail or claims.

17. The Promoter requires the claimants’ personal information in order to conduct the promotion. If the claimant does not provide this personal information then they will not be able to take part in the promotion. By entering the promotion, unless otherwise advised by the claimant, each claimant consents to the information they submit with their entry being entered into a database and the Promoter may use this information in any media for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference or payment or other compensation to the entrant. All personal details of the claimants will be stored at the office of the Promoter. A request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to that office.

18. Offer only valid at participating Designer Appliances Galleries. If the store you purchased from is not listed as a participating store please email info@designerappliances.com.au for further information.

19. Offer not valid for sales made via 3rd party marketplace sites, including but not limited to eBay, Amazon, Catch, The Myer Market or Bunnings MarketLink.
