Terms and Conditions
1. Information on how to claim the bonus Visa Gift Cards form part of these conditions
2. The promotion runs from the 16th November 2023 - 30th November 2023
3. Offer is open to individuals who purchase eligible products within specified categories by participating brands.
Eligible Categories: Ovens, Freestanding Cookers, Cooktops, Rangehoods, Dishwashers, BBQs, Wine Cabinets, Fridges, Freezers, Sinks, Taps, Coffee Machines, Microwaves, Small Appliances, Outdoor Cooking.
Excludes delivery costs, warranties, gift cards, iTunes cards, ePay recharge, ASKO, Dyson, Apple, Miele, Pro-forma brands products, Smeg Agency, ILVE agency and Fisher & Paykel Cooking, Dishwashing and Built in Refrigeration products.
4. Individuals who purchase these products are eligible to receive a bonus Visa Gift Card through application and proof of purchase, and deposit paid.
Invoiced and fully paid purchases - A fully paid invoice must be supplied at point of redemption.
5. To qualify for the Visa Gift Card, only the dollars spent within specified categories, on the participating brands as set out in point 3 above, will count toward the 'spend' amount and determine the corresponding Gift Card value as follows:

6. All redemption forms MUST be received by the Promoter via the Promoter’s Website COB 10th December 2023.

7. Submissions received after close of business on the 10th December 2023, will not be processed.
8. Please allow for up to 8 WEEKS FROM THE END OF THE PROMOTION PERIOD for the processing and return to your nominated address.
9. To claim their bonus Visa Gift Card, the consumer must submit a completed online redemption form (with their name and address inserted) plus proof of purchase (i.e. a scanned copy or photo of the original or copy of sales receipt) and deposit paid.
10. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of claims. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any claimant for tampering with the claim process or for submitting a claim which is not in accordance with these conditions.
11. The bonus Gift Card with purchase Offer cannot be taken in conjunction with any other offers including Rental Purchases and Commercial Sales. Promoter’s decision is final on all matters pertaining to this Offer and no correspondence will be entered into.
12. Bonus Offer is not applicable to Staff and their immediate family.
13. No responsibility accepted for late, lost, or misdirected mail or claims.
14. The Promoter requires the claimants’ personal information in order to conduct the promotion. If the claimant does not provide this personal information, then they will not be able to take part in the promotion. By entering the promotion, unless otherwise advised by the claimant, each claimant consents to the information they submit with their entry being entered into a database and the Promoter may use this information in any media for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference or payment or other compensation to the entrant. All Personal Information of the claimants will be managed in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy available on the Promoter’s Website.
15. Offer only valid at participating Designer Appliances Galleries. If the store you purchased from is not listed as a participating store please email info@designerappliances.com.au for further information.
16. Offer not valid for sales made via 3rd party marketplace sites, including but not limited to eBay, Amazon, Catch, The Myer Market or Bunnings MarketLink.
17. A maximum of one Offer is redeemable for each eligible product purchased.
Definitions:
- ‘Commercial Sales’ means sales not for domestic or household use, or goods sold for resale.
- 'Designer Appliances’ means the stores trading under that name owned by the franchisees of BSR Franchising Pty Ltd ABN 21 122 566 094.
- ‘Offer’ means the offer referred to in these Terms and Conditions.
- ‘Personal Information’ has the meaning given to it under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
- ‘Promoter’ means BSR Franchising Pty Ltd ABN 21 122 566 094.
- ‘Promoter’s Website’ means www.designerappliances.com.au.
- ‘Staff’ means staff of BSR Australia Limited, and franchisees and service recipients of BSR Franchising Pty Ltd.
