DA Dollars Terms & Conditions

1. Offer applies to selected models only as specified on the Promoter’s Website.
2. Information on how to claim your DA Dollars in the form of a Designer Appliances Gift Card, forms part of these terms and conditions.
3. Offer is open to individuals who spend $5000 in one transaction at a Designer Appliances store.
4. Individuals who complete a purchase of $5000 or more are eligible to receive 100 DA dollars. Full payment must be paid before receiving DA Dollars.
5. DA Dollars are subject to the terms and conditions of the issuer.
6. DA Dollars are redeemable against purchases made both online and instore and are not redeemable for cash.
7. DA Dollars cannot be used for payment towards any invoice or product prior to earning the bonus offer.

9. Please allow for up to 8 WEEKS FROM THE PURCHASE DATE for the processing and return to your nominated email address.
10. To claim their DA Dollars the consumer must be subscribed to the Designer Appliances email database and be opted in to receive marketing material, plus must have completed and paid in full a purchase of $5000 or more.
11. DA dollars may be used for purchases in store at participating Designer Appliance Stores and must be used in one transaction.
12. DA Dollars are valid for three years from the date of issue, after this date the funds are forfeited.
13. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of claims. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any claimant for tampering with the claim process or for submitting a claim which is not in accordance with these conditions.
14. Offer is not applicable to Staff and their immediate family.
15. The Offer cannot be taken in conjunction with any other offers including Rental Purchases, commercial sales, and is redeemable on a maximum of three products per individual and related entity. The Promoter's decision is final on all matters pertaining to this Offer and no correspondence will be entered into.

17. The Promoter requires the claimant’s personal information in order to conduct the promotion. If the claimant does not provide this personal information then they will not be able to take part in the promotion. By entering the promotion, unless otherwise advised by the claimant, each claimant consents to the information they submit with their entry being entered into a database and the Promoter may use this information in any media for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference or payment or other compensation to the entrant. All personal information of the claimants will be managed in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy available on the Promoter’s Website.
18. Offer only valid at participating Designer Appliance Stores and authorised BSR Group websites. www.designerappliance.com.au.
19. Offer not valid for sales made via 3rd party marketplace sites, including but not limited to eBay, Amazon, Catch, The Myer Market or Bunnings MarketLink.
20. A maximum of one Offer is redeemable for each eligible invoice paid in full.

Definitions:

• ‘Designer Appliance’ means the corporate stores owned by BSR Group and its participating retailer franchisees.
• ‘BSR Group’ means BSR Franchising Pty Ltd ABN 21 122 566 094 trading as Designer Appliance
• ‘Commercial Sales’ means sales not for domestic or household use, or goods sold for resale.
• ‘Offer’ means the offer referred to in these Terms and Conditions.
• ‘Personal Information’ has the meaning given to it under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
• ‘Promoter’ means BSR Franchising Pty Ltd ABN 21 122 566 094.
• ‘Promoter’s Website’ means www.designerappliance.com.au.
• ‘Staff’ means staff of BSR Australia Limited, and franchisees and service recipients of BSR Franchising Pty Ltd.
